Solution:In the Internet Option - Tools - security -

1. 'Automatic prompting for file downloads' -- Enable
2. 'File Download -- Enable
3. Access datasources across domains -- Enable
4. Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints -- Enable
5. pop up blocker off
6. Advanced Tab -- Show friendly HTTP error messages unchecked,
7. Disabled script debugging (checked), 
8. Enable native XMLHTTP support (unchecked).
