While Oracle has certified Oracle Hyperion BI+ Interactive Reporting releases 11.1.2.1, 11.1.2.2 and 11.1.2.3 on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 using 32-bit Interactive Reporting binaries, Oracle has not certified Oracle Hyperion BI+ Interactive Reporting release 11.1.2.4 on that platform. Oracle guidance is to deploy Oracle Hyperion BI+ Interactive Reporting releases 11.1.2.1, 11.1.2.2, 11.1.2.3 and 11.1.2.4 using Microsoft Windows Server 2008.
Oracle Support will assist customers running Oracle Hyperion BI+ Interactive Reporting releases 11.1.2.1, 11.1.2.2, 11.1.2.3 and 11.1.2.4 on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 by providing support for issues that are known to occur in Microsoft Windows Server 2008. If a problem is a known Oracle issue, Oracle support will recommend the appropriate solution in Windows 2008. When the customer can demonstrate that the Oracle solution does not work when running in Windows 2008, Oracle will resume support, including logging a bug with Oracle Development for investigation if required.
Please note: BI+ Interactive Reporting 11.1.2.0.x was not certified on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2.
