a. CICD steps being done manually to be automated in Jenkins

IDQ rehydration automation

a. New VSAD so all rehydration steps needs to be done from scratch- IAM roles, encryption keys, create machine
b. Manual install only at this moment. Might need ansible automation in future
c. Automation steps for RDS instance - Not done

Routine Tasks:

a. CICD deployment failures, build not getting kicked off - On demand
b. SSO auto login for authentication-  since webhooks was wrong. All application through CICD
c. JIRA Issue Updater plugin - Not working due to security updates. Challenges with polling mail box and approval process was not working. Has dependency on  build node
d. New approver got added to ADOM group- did not have proper access.
e. Build metrics failure - Duplicate jobs with same name-
f. Code approval feature was not working and was fixed

DevSecOps:

a. Install of all softwares - java, Maven, Python, sFTP, Fortify, GIT - Completed- Reused
b. Create AWS machine - Jenkins build node
c. sFTP automation
d. Pipeline job that will do rehydration- create base image,s/w install, golden AMI, create machine out of golden AMI-
e. Configure the AWS machine as Jenkins build node
• Create definition of build node
• Launch slave node
f. Import the ip address from downstream job to pipe
