Issue:Calc Manager Does Not Display All Applications  From Essbase Server Clusters

During the EPM 11.1.2.3 version identified the unpublished bug to Oracle

Bug:Unpublished Enhancement Request 14338179 has been submitted to display all applications from all servers.

Temporary Workaround

)Stop the essbase services 

2)Turn on the PASSIVE Essbase node to Active node 

3)Update passive server opmn.xml file ,failover death start to true ,changed the passive server enable service faiover service weight from 100 to 101 ,Changed Essbase ID to cluster name ,Turn down the actual Essbase Active node to Passive node flipped service weigt from 101 to 100

4)Start the services and checked to see if the essbase cluster's are visible through CAL Manager noticed it was still blank
,reverted back the changes.

5)Stopthe services on PRIMARY Essbase server ,then started Essbase,EAS & APS services checked through cal manager essbase applications were visible then 
configure the target applications through FDMEE Console.
