Issue:EPM 11.1.2.4  FR Batch scheduling from command line fails

RCA:

On Further trouble shooting the FR batch scheduling utility  command line issue ,this pertains to the usage issue flaw. The utility suggest that one can still provide user and password as command line parameters, also these are no longer used. Credentials need to be put into the batch input xml even after passing it to the XML file the utility fails to launch it from the command line

Oracle confirms it as a BUG and their DEV team is in the process of  cleaning  this up in a future release:
